Questions from families
Can I book a garden now?
Not yet. Booking opens with the AapkaMandap app, in Rewa first. Leave your number and we'll tell you as soon as it opens.
Are the rates in the estimate real?
No — that's a sample garden, so you can see how the cost adds up. After launch, each garden's own rates will be written on its listing. GST is an estimate too, because the rate can differ between services.
Does AapkaMandap organise the wedding?
No. We're a technology marketplace, not an event manager. Gardens and service providers do their own work. We bring them to you, check them, and keep the booking and payment records clear.
Why should I trust a listing?
Before a garden is listed, the owner goes through KYC, GST is checked where it applies, and our team visits to take the photos and video. Ratings and reviews will appear only once they come from real bookings.
How will payment work?
Online in the app, with a receipt. You see the full bill before you pay, and the date is held for you for a few minutes while you pay.
Will I get money back if I cancel?
How much comes back depends on how many days before the wedding you cancel. The full table is shown before every payment and will also be published on the refund policy page.
What happens to my number?
Your number is used only to tell you about the launch and to follow up on your enquiry. We don't sell it to anyone. To have it removed, tell us through the contact page.
